Merchandise Policy

All merchandise, excluding photo prints, requires approval before printing. It is your responsibility to review all details, including spelling, for accuracy. Once you provide final approval and your order is sent for printing, no changes can be made.

If you notice any errors after receiving your order, please remember that you approved the final version before production. Unfortunately, spelling errors or other mistakes will not qualify for a refund, and a new purchase will be required for any corrections.

Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final, and refunds are not permitted.

Production Timeline:

• Standard production time: Up to 2 weeks

• Expedited service: 36-48 business hours (weekends excluded)
