Annual Members Policy

Event Policies

Business Hours

Our regular office hours are from 10 am - 5 pm on Tuesday-Thursday, closed on Monday. Our hours of shooting vary at each moment. Monday we are closed entirely. If you need services for Monday it may be specially requested. Please be advised, weekends are very busy and need to be focused on sessions. If you happen to call or text during the weekend, please be advised that your call or text will be responded to by the following Tuesday.

Form of Contact

Please, be advised that any form of Social Media contact is not a proper way of contact. Please program our number on your phone at 405-340-2073. FB Messenger and other social media outlets are and will not be considered a proper way of contact. Please call us at 405-340-2073.

Your Event

Please be prepared to spend up to 60-mins or 120-mins for your event. This will depend on the event package you choose. If you are running late please call 405-340-2073. If you are more than 15-late without notifying us, we will assume you are not coming and your session will be forfeited. Please be aware if you are late to your session and have notified us, you will receive the remaining time that is left in your session.


No-Call No-Show

  • Please, be advise your deposit or any monies applied towards your appointment will be forfeited. Social Media is not required as a proper way of contact. As mentioned above, you will need to call 405-340-2073 if anything may occur.
Cancellation
  • You may cancel your appointment at any time. Please, be advise your deposit or any monies applied towards your Membership and or appointment will be forfeited.
Event Starting Late Or Request Time
  • If your event is off to a late start and request for the Photographer to start at a later time. Please, be advised schedule time conflicts may not allow the Photographer to stay. In which if the Photographer is able to stay, additional charges will occur. You may also use your other sessions to cover the additional charges. 

Deposits & Payments

Is my Deposit Refundable?

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Yet, could possibly be transferable.
Is my deposit transferable?
  • Your deposit may be transferable. Providing you have called us within 72-hours prior to your event date and time. Your deposit will be transferred to a Session Package along with a new date and time. If the weather is permitting us to shoot, (rain, tornado, hail, lightning, ice conditions, state lock-down, deadly viruses, and etc.) a new event and date will be applied and your deposit will be transferred.
When is my deposit not transferable?
  • Your deposit is not transferable, if we did not receive a call within 72-hours prior to the event date and time for a rescheduled appointment and if your event is a no-call no-show. If you decided to cancel your appointment. Please be advised, FB Messenger or any other social media communication is not a form of contact. Please program Laney Love at 405-340-2073 into your phone as a contact. Phone calls only, please.
Event Balance
  • It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 48 hours' notice. If your event is not able to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts. Your event will be transferred over to a regular portrait session. The event fees do not include any images to receive any extra digital/graphic work done. If you have left your balloons or any props, Laney Love Memories may digitally graph in certain props upon request and additional fees will occur. Each photo that has received graphic work per the client's request (adding graphic work to the photos. ie: adding balloons) will be charged $5.00 per photo.

Reschedules

.How do I reschedule?

  • You will need to call us at 405-340-2073 or by requesting a new date and time online by clicking here. Please program our number into your phone.
When should I reschedule?
  • The sooner the better! You will need to reschedule your new appointment date and time up to 72-hours prior to your appointment.
How many times may I reschedule?
  • You are allowed to reschedule up to 1-time. Please, be advised you will be required to pay for your package in full before a new date may be rescheduled. If you are unable to make it to your 2nd rescheduled appointment, unfortunately, you will have to forfeit your deposit, but not the session balance. If a 3rd rescheduled appointment is needed, there will be a required $50.00 deposit. If the weather is permitting us to shoot, your deposit will be transferred to a new scheduled date and time and you will not be required to pay for your session in full. 

What about bad Weather?

  • If the weather conditions are permitting us to shoot, we will reschedule a new appointment date and time.

What about Photographer's Family Matters/Unexpected Situations?

  • Due to certain family situations, the photographer may need to reschedule your session. If the photographer is having car malfunctions (ie: lost keys, flat tire, car battery, and any other car malfunctions. The photographer may request for you to move your session location to the location of the photographer. This will allow us to continue with your session and not require a reschedule. If you choose not to relocate your session a new session date and time will be provided. 

Re-shoots

Re-shoots are only offered at the discretion of the Photographer. We do not offer re-shoots for unfortunate personal choices such as hair, makeup, clothing, and or etc. If the Photographer chooses to do a Re-shoot, your new session will not occur additional fees.

Discounts & Promotions & Specials

From time to time we will run special promotions. These sessions are run for a limited time only and session spots fill up fast. If all session slots are full the photographer is under no obligation to extend the promotion or match the offer past the expiration date. Please be advised if you have booked a Discount/Promotion/Special package and are unable to make your session. Your deposit will be transferred to a new session date and time, unfortunately, you will not receive the Discount/Promotion/Special Package price, and a new package and package price will be created for you and invoiced to you. You are allowed up to a 1-rescheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend your 2nd appointment, all deposits and monies will be forfeited.

Online Gallery

This is the longest part of the process that your session will go through. Please allow up to two weeks from your session date to receive your Online Gallery. You may share your gallery with family and friends. Please be advised that you will need to provide everyone you share your gallery with the password to your Online Gallery.

Digital Photobook Library

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Laney Love Memories has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Laney Love Memories sent the buyer the photographs) it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, or any other reason.

Retouching

All images receive a basic retouching service. We only retouch temporary things such as stray hairs and small spots. We do offer a Retouching Service that will allow us to replace fingernails, paint fingernails and toenails, remove major spots, change the color of clothing, and others for an additional service fee.

Graphic Design Service

Digital Card Designs

  • We design all additional items for your customization. When ordering greeting cards, save the dates, senior announcements, thank you cards, funeral programs, marketing materials, and etc. you will be shown a selection of designs. You will be allowed one change per design. Additional changes are subject to a design fee which start at $20.00 per hour with an hour minimum.

Each photo that has received graphic work per the client's request (adding graphic work to the photos. ie: adding balloons) will be charged $5.00 per photo.

Copyright & Infringement

All images captured by Laney Love Memories are the sole property of Laney Love Memories and are protected by Federal Copyright Law, it is illegal to copy, scan, and alter any images that Laney Love Memories captures. If you would like to alter any images you will need to call us at 405-340-2073 and sign a permission slip with us. If you fault to sign a waiver with us you may be subjected to fines up to $150,000.00 due to the court's verdict. You may view the Federal Laws here.

Am I allowed to share my photos online?

Yes! You may only share the photos/images listed in your Online Only Gallery.

Payments

We accept cash, check, PayPal, Cash App, and all major credit cards. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Payment plans are available if needed.

CD Replacement

If your CD has been lost, stolen, or damaged you may purchase a replacement CD for $35.00. You may purchase your Replacement CD here.

Photo Processing & Digital Download and or CD Return Delivery

Portrait Digital Download

Portrait CD Shipping

  • You will receive your Portrait CD in the mail within 5-7 days from the date you received your online gallery link.

Undelivered & Returned

  • If your Portrait CD has been returned to us from the USPS. You are welcome to come by and pick-up your Portrait CD. If life has you going, you have to option to pay a shipping charge of $45.00. If the product is returned back to us again, we ask for you to personally come by and pick-up your Portrait CD.
