Annual Members Policy

Business Hours

Our regular office hours are Tuesday–Thursday, 10 AM – 5 PM. We are closed on Mondays.
Shooting hours vary. If you require services on a Monday, special arrangements may be made.
Weekends are dedicated to sessions, so calls and texts received then will be answered the following Tuesday.​

Your Package Information

  • Your membership includes four (4) one-hour portrait location sessions per calendar year.

  • Each session includes an online gallery, downloadable images (no watermark), and a print license.

  • A $35 deposit is required to book each location session.

  • Studio sessions are available upon request for $65 small studio (larger studio $105). 

  • Newborn, Events, and Weddings are not included in the membership.

  • Sessions cannot be combined into one sitting.

  • If late, you must call 405-534-4014. More than 15 minutes late without notice will result in forfeiture of your session and deposit.

  • A CD/USB of images is available for purchase.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Missing a session without notice results in the forfeiture of your deposit and any payments made. You will also forfeit one of your sessions included in your package.

Cancellations & Deposits

Deposits and membership payments are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions.

To transfer a deposit, you must call at least 72 hours before your session. Studio sessions will require a new deposit but, it may be transferred to a location session.

In cases of severe weather, state lockdowns, or photographer emergencies, sessions will be automatically rescheduled.

If you cancel your membership or session, your deposit is not transferable.

Rescheduling

A $35 location rescheduling fee applies. A $65 studio rescheduling fee applies.

If you miss your second rescheduled appointment, all payments and session will be forfeited.

If rescheduling is required due to weather or photographer emergencies, no fee or forfeitures applies.

Re-Shoots

Re-shoots are at the photographer’s discretion and will not be provided for personal choices such as hairstyle, makeup, or clothing.

Discounts & Promotions

Limited-time promotions cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.

Membership does not cover holiday-themed sessions (e.g., Christmas, Easter).

All Holiday and Themed session reschedule will be transferred to a location session.

A $35 fee applies if rescheduling any Holiday or Themed sessions.

Online Gallery & Delivery

Online galleries are available within two weeks of your session.

You may share your gallery, but recipients will need the provided password.

CD replacement is available for $45. USB replacement is available for $65.

CDs & USBs are mailed within 5–7 days of receiving your gallery link.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with images.

Basic retouching (e.g., stray hairs, small blemishes) is included.

Additional retouching services (e.g., nail color changes, major spot removal) are available for an extra fee.

Graphic Design Services

Custom greeting cards, announcements, and marketing materials include one free revision. Additional changes start at $20 per hour. Digital prop additions (e.g., adding balloons) are available for $5 per photo.

Copyright & Image Use

Laney Love Memories retains full copyright to all images.

Altering images without permission is illegal and subject to fines.

You may share photos from your online gallery but cannot edit or modify them.

Sharing non-watermarked photos on the internet (websites, social media platforms, and etc. is forbidden and restricted.

Payments

Accepted payment methods: cash, check, PayPal, Square, Cash App, and credit cards. Returned checks incur a $30 fee. Payment plans are available.

Undelivered Portrait CDs

If a CD or USB is returned by USPS, you may pick it up in person or pay a $45 reshipping fee. If it is returned a second time, pickup is required.
